Spoke with Jennifer, who set up appointment, saw technician Dustin on Monday, Michael this morning, phone dealings with Jennifer, Jamie and Elaine (for billing) - and can only state my delight, more than just satisfaction, in how pleasant, competent and overall wonderful everyone has been, in listening, and in helping. I just wanted to say thanks again to you and your staff. The system is working beautifully and believe me it's getting a real work out of its first year! I am glad you informed me about the high seer rating as I believe I will be getting the $350.00 credit from the utility company and my electric bill for the month was only $175.00. Your energy saving recommendations (guess you do know your stuff!) really worked. The kids don't even want to leave the house to play outside, it's just too nice in here! Dear 20/20 Air,

I wanted to let you know how happy my husband and I have been with the service we have received from the 20/20 Air team. When our air conditioner broke only weeks before we were due to have Our 2nd child, 20/20 not only made it a priority to come out and review our options, but John also worked with us to find the right solution in a tight timeline.

The team who installed the new air conditioning unit did a fantastic job and the entire office team was always available for questions and, as always, made it a pleasure to speak with them. The entire office team is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to ensure we as the customer are happy.

Even after the unit was installed and we had a service issue, the service team came out within hours to get the system back up and working. They provided a temporary fix until the new part could come in and called after install to ensure things were working well.

Overall, I would highly recommend 20/20 Air to anyone I knew looking for either a service team or someone to install a new unit. Thank you to the entire team for making our purchase a pleasurable experience.
